Our founder, Allen Mooney is originally from Jackson, Tennessee and earned his accounting degree from Middle Tennessee State University in Year 2008.
Mooney has most notably worked with Joe A. Carson & Associates, PLLC, beginning in 2008 before ultimately accepting a position with Collinsworth Bright & Co, PC. which was subsequently acquired by a Kingston, Tennessee-based accounting firm.
Mooney has 16 years of experience filing individual and business tax returns for the general public. He has 13 years of public accounting experience since beginning his journey in 2008.
Mooney specializes in tax preparation, strategic business & tax planning, and business management with a focus in the Music & Entertainment industry. However, Mooney assists everyone in almost every industry ranging from farmers in Bedford County, attorneys, medical doctor professionals, government-elected officials, retirees, and college students getting a fresh start.
His motto is “Take care of the people, and the people will take care of you”. He is a firm believer in the power of positive energy and carries this outlook regardless of any life adversities.
Mooney is an alumni of Society of Leaders in Development, a Mason, and an avid nature lover who has a passion for conservation, international traveling, mountain biking, boating, and backpacking. He has a goal of traveling to two new countries each year and very rarely turns down an opportunity for a new adventure.
